Questions
What kind of photo works?
A clear, front-facing photo with even light, at least 896×896 pixels. Portrait or landscape both work, and the video keeps the photo's shape.
How long can a video be?
Talking Avatar runs up to 1 minute per clip (about 720 characters). Voice-over takes up to 3,000 characters. AI Video clips are 5, 10 or 15 seconds.
Which languages are supported?
Thai and English, for both cloned and ready-made voices.
What's the difference between SD and HD?
SD costs 3 credits a second and is good for trying ideas. HD is sharper, costs 6 credits a second, and comes with the monthly plans.
Do failed jobs use credits?
No. You see an estimate before you start, you're charged for the real length when it's done, and failed jobs are never charged.
